MiCollab/Unified Communicator Desktop Client Created by user-d6f38, last modified by Melodie on Nov 08, 2018 This guide is intended to be a Quick Start Guide for MiCollab, a desktop companion software for the phone system for PC's. There are many more features available that you will discover as you use this software. Mitelmatt is right on. I use a Bria SIP soft phone on my iMac and MacBook Pro. Bria also has a mobile client for iOS and Android that can work with a MBG TW server for mobile workers. There is an Interop for this also. I have been using the mobile client on an iPhone for years.
The MiCollab Desktop Client is a fully functional Unified Communications Client that can be installed on a user's Windows PC or MAC. This is available for users on the UniVoIP Enterprise Edition Platform.
Please note:
- MiCollab MAC Desktop Client The MiCollab MAC Desktop Client is installed on the Macintosh computer and provides full access to the MiCollab Client features that you are licensed to use. Software installation Perform the following steps to install the MAC Desktop Client: 1. Download the MAC client from the App Store. Open the MiCollab for MAC.
- Micollab Client Mobile For Ipad free download - eM Client, SoftEther VPN Client, SmartFTP Client (32-bit), and many more programs.
- The MiCollab Client application provides a suite of advanced communication features and integrates with your enterprise's call manager to provide you full control of your communication experience.
- The integrated Softphone is only available to Advanced Users, Power Users or Agents.
- Core Users will not have the following functionality in the MiCollab Desktop Client
- Softphone
- Video Calling or Video Presence
- Launchpad (available to Core Users in MiCollab Web)
- Calendar Integration
- Ability to 'Manage Statuses' or create custom statuses (available to Core Users in MiCollab Web)
Once installed and running, more detailed information can easily be found by pressing the F1 button or by selecting 'Help' on the Main Menu within the interface.
